Standard Delivery Time

Please allow 3-5 working days for Irish and UK deliveries and 8 days for rest of world deliveries following the confirmation of your order. Once we have received a suitable image file for your puzzle we are then in a position to confirm and process your order. Please remember if you send images via post orders can take longer to confirm.

Photo Collage Delivery

For Photo Collage Puzzle orders please add 5-7 days onto the standard delivery time due to additional time required for design and approval.

Method of Delivery

We use DHL Delivery Service, one of the most recognisable and trusted international shipping companies’ in the world. We ship to any country DHL operate in. Our objective is to keep shipping costs as low as possible while using only the safest and most secure methods to deliver your order. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping details including the shipment tracking number. Please note that DHL require a signature upon receipt of the package at the time of delivery.
