Returns Information
While we are very confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your jigsaw puzzle we offer full refunds for any customer not happy with their product. We check all puzzles before shipping to ensure they are in line with the high quality standards we are renowned for, however if for some reason your puzzle is damaged on delivery we will gladly offer you a full refund or a replacement.
Please note as each puzzle is manufactured "to order" we cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been dispatched.
N.B. The quality of the image you send us will be the same as the one on your puzzle. Please ensure that the image you send us is of good quality in order that we may return to you a quality puzzle.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please e-mail your request for a refund to us at sales@jigscenes.com.
